CONGRATULATIONS MASSACHUSETTS
On November of 2016, Massachusetts officially legalized recreational Cannabis for individuals 21 years of age or older.
The law went into effect on December 15, 2016 and recreational use began sales on November 20, 2018.
Massachusetts recreation laws state that adults 21 years of age or older are allowed to possess up to 1 Oz of Cannabis or 5 grams of psychoactive Cannabis concentrate while out, Or ten ounces of psychoactive Cannabis inside their home . Additionally, adults may possess and cultivate up to 6 Cannabis plants with a THC of higher then .03% and a maximum of 12 per household.

Hemp And CBD at .03% THC or less is now considered an Agricultural Crop Federally
with the passing of the 2018 U.S. farm bill !!!!
